Belum lama ini digelar TOC di 12 Kota se-Indonesia, kembali IGI DKI mengadakan workshop dan pelatihan optimalisasi a8 dan sagusanov di SMA Pangudi Luhur Jakarta di Jakarta Selatan pada hari sabtu, tanggal 07 Januari 2017. Workshop ini kembali ditujukan untuk guru guru yang ingin lebih memperdalam lagi dalam penguasaan A8 dan sagusanov. Pelaksanaan workshop tersebut banyak peserta yag hadir dari luar daerah IGI DKI, diantaranya dari IGI Banten (Tangerang Selatan, kota Tangerang dan Kabupaten Pandeglang. Kegiatan tersebut dimulai dari jam 08.00 sampai dengan jam 15.00. Para pemateri workshop diantara-Nya optimalisasi a8 oleh Danang Hidayatullah dan sagusanov oleh Syarifudin, trainer dari hasil TOT surabaya tahun lalu. Acara workshop dan pelatihan ini dibuka oleh Kepala Sekolah SMA Pangudi Luhur dan ditutup oleh Ketua IGI DKI Iwan Ridwan.

Media pembelajaran berbasis IT lagi-lagi ditekankan pada guru supaya terus meningkatkan kemampuan dalam kompetensinya. Guru adalah sebuah profesi yang patut dipertahankan kapabilitas sebagai guruPengertian Dan Definisi Guru – Guru adalah jabatan atau profesi yang membutuhkan keahlian khusus. Pekerjaan sebagai guru ini tidak bisa dilakukan oleh seseorang tanpa mempunyai keahlian sebagai guru. Menjadi seorang guru dibutuhkan syarat-syarat khusus. Apa lagi jika menjadi seorang guru yang profesional maka harus menguasai seluk beluk pendidikan serta mengajar dengan berbagai ilmu pengetahuan lainnya yang harus dikembangkan melalui masa pendidikan tertentu.Pengertian dan definisi guru adalah unsur penting di dalam keseluruhan sistem pendidikan. Karena itu peranan dan kedudukan guru demi meningkatkan mutu dan kualitas anak didik harus diperhitungkan dengan sungguh-sungguh. Pengertian dan definisi guru bukan hanya sebatas pegawai yang hanya melakukan tugas tanpa ada rasa tanggung jawab terhadap disiplin ilmu yang dipikulnya.Pengertian dan definisi guru adalah sebagai pengelola kegiatan proses belajar mengajar dimana dalam hal ini guru bertugas untuk mengarahkan kegiatan belajar siswa agar bisa mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. Dalam hal ini guru berperan dan bertugas sebagai pengelola proses belajar mengajar. Guru berperan menjadi pengganti orang tua di sekolah. Dalam hal ini guru harus bisa menggantikan orang tua siswa jika siswa sedang berada di sekolah.

Di dalam pendidikan, guru mempunyai tiga tugas pokok yang bisa dilaksanakan yaitu tugas profesional, tugas kemasyarakatan dan tugas manusiawi. Tugas profesional adalah tugasyang berhubungan dengan profesinya. Tugas profesional ini meliputi tugas untuk mendidik, untuk mengajar dan tugas untuk melatih. Mendidik mempunyai arti untuk meneruskan dan mengembangkan nilai-nilai hidup. Mengajar mempunyai arti untuk meneruskan dan mengembangkan ilmu pengetahuan serta teknologi, dan tugas melatih mempunyai arti untuk mengembangkan keterampilan.Tugas manusiawi merupakan tugas sebagai seorang manusia. Guru harus bisa menjadikan dirinya sebagai orang tua kedua bagi murid. Guru harus bisa menarik simpatik sehingga dia menjadi idola bagi siswa. Selain itu transformasi diri terhadap kenyataan di kelas atau di masyarakat harus dibiasakan agar setiap lapisan masyarakat bisa mengerti jika menghadapi guru.Tugas kemasyarakatan adalah tugas sebagai anggota masyarakat dan warga negara yang berfungsi sebagai pencipta masa depan dan penggerak kemampuan. Keberadaan guru bahkan menjadi faktor penentu yang tidak mungkin bisa digantikan oleh komponen manapun dalam kehidupan bangsa sejak dahulu apalagi pada masa kini.

Proses pembelajaran ataupun kegiatan belajar-mengajar tidak bisa lepas dari keberadaan guru. Tanpa adanya guru pembelajaran akan sulit dilakukan, apalagi dalam rangka pelaksanaan pendidikan formal, guru menjadi pihak yang sangat vital. Guru memiliki peran yang paling aktif dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan demi mencapai tujuan pendidikan yang hendak dicapai. Guru melaksanakan pendidikan melalui kegiatan pembelajaran dengan mengajar peserta didik atau siswa. Siswa juga akan kesulitan dalam belajar ataupun menerima materi tanpa keberadaan guru, hanya mengandalkan sumber belajar dan media pembelajaran saja akan sulit dalam penguasaan materi tanpa bimbingan guru. Guru juga memiliki banyak kewajiban dalam pembelajaran dari mulai merencanakan pembelajaran, melaksanakan proses pembelajaran, hingga melakukan evaluasi pembelajaran yang telah dilakukan.Disisi lain guru dikatakan memiliki peran ganda. Kenapa demikian? Karena guru merupakan pendidik untuk menciptakan sikap dan perilaku yang bernilai moral dan agama serta sebagai pengajar yang bertujuan untuk menyampaikan bahan ajar, menentukan alat evaluasi belajar yang digunakan untuk menilai hasil belajar siswa.

Sesuai dengan tema kegiatan bahwa pelatihan dan workshop optimalisasi a8 dan sagusanov metode pembelajaran tablet, hal ini bukan hal yang baru bagi IGI, hal ini merupakan metode yang dapat digunaka n untuk pembelajaran dikelas. Tablet dengan aplikasi android sangan membantu guru dalam melaksanakan kegiatan pembelajaran dikelas. Untuk itu harapan para trainer dalam kegiatan workshop dan pelatihan yang dilaksanakan oleh IGI DKI dapat diterapkan disekolah masing-masing, sehingga siswa dapat menerima ilmu dengan mudah, dan dapat menarik perhatian siswa. Sehingga guru tidak lagi gaptek, tetapi guru sudah melek terhadap media. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari proses pembelajaran pada workshop dan pelatihan dimana guru senantiasa belajar dengan serius sehingga dapat membawa ilmu yang diterapkan oleh para trainer IGI yang sudah terlatih dan handal.
